Did you receive financial support as a student at Hillsdale? Maybe it was a scholarship, need-based grant, or an on-campus job that helped make college affordable for you. Most students are only able to attend Hillsdale because of its affordability and the many scholarship opportunities available. In fact, the net operational cost of one Hillsdale student’s education is approximately $92,000 this academic year. However, because of thousands of generous donors like you, the average Hillsdale family pays less than $20,000 per year. Our donors help make up that difference. YOU can make a difference!

Your gift to the Alumni Honor Roll Campaign will help us reach our goal of $80,000 from 300 alumni by June 30, 2022. Collectively, alumni can make a significant impact. You may choose to direct your annual gift to any campus fund; however, this year we are focusing this campaign on four key scholarships:

• General Scholarship Endowment, which includes funding for merit and need-based aid.
• The Hillsdale Tradition Award, which assists current students who work and volunteer.
• The Ransom Dunn Scholarship, which assists current students who experience unforeseen financial need.
• The Alumni Legacy Scholarship, which supports the children or grandchildren of Hillsdale alumni.

Hillsdale welcomed the largest, most selective class in its history last fall. And 97 percent of those students received financial aid.

Next fall’s class has seen more than 3,000 applicants. Please help us “pay it forward” to this next generation.
