The truth about education is that it is something done with young people, and they do most of the work. Children have a strong desire to learn the truth about the world and the goodness of things. Great children’s literature allows them to do so in a way that is entertaining and fun.

Taught by Hillsdale faculty and offered free of charge to any citizen wishing to learn, this new nine-part course, “Classic Children’s Literature,” examines some of the most beloved works of children’s literature, including Aesop’s Fables, Beauty and the Beast, Winnie-the-Pooh, Treasure Island, and The Wind in the Willows.
